Moulescoomb Boxing Academy – Parent Waiver

By enrolling my child in Moulescoomb Boxing Academy, I confirm that:

1. I give permission for my child to participate in boxing and fitness activities.
2. I accept responsibility for any injury unless due to proven negligence.
3. My child is medically fit, and I will notify the club of any conditions.
4. I authorise emergency care if needed and accept related costs.
5. My child will follow instructions and behave respectfully.
6. I consent to the use of my child’s image for club promotion unless I notify otherwise at info@moulescoombboxingacademy.co.uk.

All personal information will be handled in line with GDPR and will only be used for the purpose of providing safe, effective training and communication.

Moulescoomb Boxing Academy is committed to safeguarding and follows strict child protection procedures. Concerns can be raised directly with a senior coach or via info@moulescoombboxingacademy.co.uk.

Moulescoomb Boxing Academy - Membership Terms and Conditions

By enrolling my child in a membership at Moulescoomb Boxing Academy, I understand and agree to the following:

1. Membership Structure
   Memberships run on a structured level basis. Children will be placed in the appropriate group and may progress based on skill development and assessment outcomes.

2. Fees and Payments

• A non-refundable, one time £20 enrolment fee is payable upon joining the academy

• Grading/Assessment costs are £39 per assessment (charged separately).

• All fees must be paid in advance via the Gym Desk booking system.

3. Attendance and Punctuality
   Members are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time. Repeated absences may affect progression and eligibility for grading.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
   Refunds are not available once a membership or course has started, except in the case of club cancellation or serious medical circumstances.

5. Safety and Conduct
   All children must follow coach instructions, behave respectfully, and wear appropriate kit (level-based T-shirts and gloves). Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or removal.

6. Medical Disclosure
   It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform us of any medical conditions before participation. This includes updates if conditions change.

7. Club Communications
   All updates (sessions, assessments, closures, kit orders) will be shared via email and/or the Gym Desk app. It is your responsibility to check regularly.

8. Kit and Equipment
   Level T-shirts are part of the program and must be worn to each session. Additional kit may be available for purchase.

9. Media and Promotion
   Images or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing at info@moulescoombboxingacademy.co.uk.

10. Amendments
    These terms may be updated. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
